What’s the difference between stock products and overrun products?
Stock products are standard items we regularly manufacture and keep available for consistent supply, while overrun products are excess quantities from a specific production run offered in limited availability. Overrun items may vary slightly and are only available until inventory is depleted. Custom sizes can be made to order, contact us using this form.
Can I cancel my order?
Because speed is our focus at Resonetics, orders may ship in as little as one hour, therefore order cancellation requests should be submitted to returns@resonetics.com within one hour of placing the order to stop the shipment, otherwise the order may have already left.
Can I return my order?
Yes we accept returns within our Return Policy.

What is Local Pick-up?
Save time and money by picking up directly from our Blaine, MN facility. Choose shipping option “Local pickup” when ordering from Resonetics – orders may be picked up from our Northwest entrance, Suite 100, from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Pick up your order same-day for any orders placed by noon.
